The Nanxing NCG2812E CNC Nesting Machine is a high-performance CNC woodworking machine equipped with 4 high-speed main spindles, designed to handle multiple panel-processing operations including nesting, routing, shaping, grooving and top-side boring.
Its multi-spindle configuration consists of 3 × 3.5kW main spindles and 1 × 6kW main spindle, allowing different tools to be installed simultaneously for more complex machining operations while reducing manual tool changes. The machine uses an ER32 collet system.
With maximum X/Y movement speeds of up to 50m/min, combined with an automatic feed-in and feed-out system, the NCG2812E helps improve production efficiency and reduce manual material handling.
